We cannot guarantee changes to your credit profile, but we will guarantee that we will dispute based on consumer laws.

Policy Overview

​

If, after 120 days from the service start date, we have not achieved any deletions after disputing specific items on your credit report, you may be eligible for a refund, subject to the conditions below. This guarantee may only be exercised once per client and does not reset or renew.

 

Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for a refund under this policy, you must meet the following criteria:

  • Active Participation: You must demonstrate that you actively participated in the service process and fulfilled all agreed-upon client responsibilities and requirements as detailed in the service contract. Documents must be submitted within 3–5 business days
    • Client must acknowledge and respond to credit report analyses
    • Client must maintain uninterrupted credit monitoring
    • Client must attend or review required communications or updates
    ​

  • Failure to meet any participation requirement voids eligibility for the guarantee.

  • Documentation and Evidence: You must provide clear, objective evidence and documentation that the agreed-upon results were not achieved within the 120-day timeframe. Please send an email with your concerns to Contactus@hobgoodcreditrepair.com

  • Service Condition: For the purposes of this guarantee, ‘no results’ means zero (0) permanent deletions of negative accounts from the consumer’s credit report across all three credit bureaus during the 120-day period or your credit score doesnt increased a combined 75 points.

Non-Eligible Services/Circumstances

​

  • This policy does not cover services that were completed but the client was simply "dissatisfied" without a clear, objective failure to meet contract specifications.

  • Results dependent on third-party actions or market conditions outside our control may not be eligible.

  • The guarantee is void if the client prevented us from performing the service as agreed.

    • This includes​

      • Any active late payments, charge-offs, or new derogatory activity during the 120-day period

      • Opening new credit accounts or increasing utilization against advised strategy

    • • Failure to maintain active credit monitoring

 

How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund under this guarantee, please follow these steps:

  1. Sent a Email: Send a formal refund request to Contactus@hobgoodcreditrepair.com

  2. Refund requests submitted after the 14-day window following the 120-day period will not be reviewed or approved under any circumstances.

  3. Include Documentation: Attach all pertinent documentation and detailed evidence supporting your claim.

  4. Contact Information: Ensure your current contact details are included for follow-up.

  5. Clients agree not to initiate chargebacks, payment disputes, or claims of fraud with their financial institution while a refund request is under review. Any chargeback initiated in lieu of this process voids eligibility for a refund.

  6. Refunds apply only to service fees paid during the applicable 120-day period
    • Setup fees, third-party fees, or completed work are non-refundable.
    • Refunds are issued only to the original payment method.

Review and Processing Timeline

​

  • We will acknowledge receipt of your claim within 3 business days.

  • Our team will review the claim and evidence, comparing it against the terms of your service agreement. This process typically takes 10 business days.

  • If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed back to your original method of payment.

  • Please allow an additional 5-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund and for the funds to appear in your account.

Nothing in this policy alters the requirements or protections under the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA) or applicable state laws..
